The Fotheringhay

Our Fortheringhay room is named after the nearby village, which is perhaps most famous as the site of Fotheringhay Castle where Mary Queen of Scots was executed. The ‘motte’ or hill on which it stood, gives the most amazing views of the Nene river and valley.

The Fotheringhay Room is the height of luxury with a super king size bed and large en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

The room is fully equipped with a flat screen TV, WiFi access and luxury en-suite facilities. We also provide you with a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk and mineral water.
